    We do not collect national identification numbers, government IDs, or consumer credit-card details. Payment information is handled directly by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

    • Potential acquirers of our business, under NDA, for due-diligence purposes.

    We never sell personal data.

    • Withdraw consent to our use of your data for a specific purpose at any time (which may affect our ability to continue the service); and
    • Complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

    7. Data breach notification

    If we assess that a data breach is likely to result in significant harm to you, or involves the personal data of 500 or more individuals, we will:

    • Notify the PDPC as soon as practicable and in any event within three calendar days; and
    • Notify affected individuals without undue delay.
