Growth.exposed – Website Terms & Conditions

1. Who We Are & Acceptance of These Terms

Growth.exposed is a trading name of Growth Exposed Consulting Pte Ltd (Singapore UEN 201603084Z), registered in Singapore. By browsing or using this website (the "Site") you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). We may amend the Terms at any time; the current version is the one shown by the date above.

2. Business-to-Business Service Only

The Site and all services described on it are offered solely to business users. We do not contract with consumers and no consumer rights legislation applies.

3. Interim Confidentiality ("Mini-NDA")

Any information you choose to share with us via enquiry forms, surveys, e-mail or discovery calls will be treated as confidential and will be used only to evaluate a potential engagement. We protect it with at least the same care we use for our own trade secrets. This interim duty lasts until you and we execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Master Services Agreement (MSA), which will then supersede this clause.

4. Outline of Services & Admission Discretion

We offer three tiers of research and growth support:

• Basic – Immediate Guidance from Proven Demand
  For early-stage businesses that want directional clarity without waiting for custom research.
  We use our proprietary research database to identify blind spots and guide initial launch decisions.
  Minimum commitment: 3 months. Fees payable monthly in advance.
• Intermediate – Bespoke Research, You Implement A customised Jobs-to-Be-Done study, including customer and competitor interviews, delivered in under 4 weeks. Includes workshop, access to our Demand Mapping software, and a 90-day action plan. Fixed Fee, payable in advance.Intermediate – Bespoke Research, You Implement

• Advanced – Research + Execution for Predictable Growth Includes everything in Intermediate, plus 12 months of ongoing support to implement, refine and scale results. Priced as a fixed-fee, payable in advance. + a monthly support retainer (after the first 90 days – payable monthly in advance).Advanced – Research + Execution for Predictable Growth

  Priced at USD 27,700, payable in advance. + USD 6,000/month (after the first 90 days – payable monthly in advance).

Value-based pricing options are available for select clients, subject to mutual agreement.
We retain sole discretion over which clients we work with. Value-based engagements require mutual agreement on uplift measurement and commercial terms. If such agreement cannot be reached, the fixed-fee model applies by default.

All commercial terms, deliverables, payment schedules, IP ownership and performance metrics will be detailed in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). In case of conflict, the MSA/SOW shall prevail.

4A. Insights Guarantee

We are confident in the value of our work and offer a Guarantee on all Intermediate and Advanced engagements:

If, at the conclusion of the main research workshop, you believe our insights are not useful or actionable, you may notify us in writing within 7 days. Upon doing so, and subject to a brief exit interview to help us learn, we will refund all fees paid to that point—no further obligations, no questions asked.

This Guarantee does not apply to Basic-tier services or where the project proceeds past the initial workshop stage.

5. Intellectual Property & Sharing Guidelines

All text, frameworks, hand-drawn icons, infographics, PDFs and other materials on the Site are © Cognopia Pte Ltd or its licensors.

6. Educational Disclaimer

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site (howsoever caused) is limited to SGD 1 000. We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, although we both agree to attempt amicable resolution - such as mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre - before commencing proceedings.

10. Variation, Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms (together with any document expressly referred to in them) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
