1. Who We Are & Acceptance of These Terms

Growth.exposed is a trading name of Growth Exposed Consulting Pte Ltd (Singapore UEN 201603084Z), registered in Singapore. By browsing or using this website (the "Site") you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). We may amend the Terms at any time; the current version is the one shown by the date above.

2. Business-to-Business Service Only

The Site and all services described on it are offered solely to business users. We do not contract with consumers and no consumer rights legislation applies.

3. Interim Confidentiality ("Mini-NDA")

Any information you choose to share with us via enquiry forms, surveys, e-mail or discovery calls will be treated as confidential and will be used only to evaluate a potential engagement. We protect it with at least the same care we use for our own trade secrets. This interim duty lasts until you and we execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Master Services Agreement (MSA), which will then supersede this clause.

4. Services, scope and commercial terms

Growth Exposed provides Jobs-to-Be-Done research and consultancy. We scope each engagement around the client’s objectives, research needs and intended use of the findings.

Depending on the agreed scope, services may include research design, participant recruitment, interviews, analysis, workshops, access to our research software, training and support to apply the findings to marketing, sales, products or services. These services are included only where expressly stated in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

The scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timetable, fees and payment schedule are agreed in writing before work begins. Research audiences, markets, languages and recruitment requirements are defined for each engagement. Software access and ongoing support, where included, are also specified in the SOW.

Any performance-based fee arrangement requires express written agreement on the measures, calculation method and commercial terms. No such arrangement applies automatically.

We retain discretion over which engagements we accept. Changes to an agreed scope, including any effect on fees or timing, must be agreed in writing.

The applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) and SOW set out the terms of the engagement, including commercial terms, intellectual property rights and any agreed performance measures. If these website terms conflict with the applicable MSA or SOW, the MSA or SOW takes precedence, subject to any order of precedence specified in those agreements.

4A. Insights Guarantee

We are confident in the value of our work and offer a Guarantee on engagements where the applicable SOW expressly includes it:

If, at the conclusion of the main research workshop, you believe our insights are not useful or actionable, you may notify us in writing within 7 days. Upon doing so, and subject to a brief exit interview to help us learn, we will refund all fees paid to that point—no further obligations, no questions asked.

This Guarantee applies only where expressly included in the applicable SOW, and does not apply where the project proceeds past the initial workshop stage.

5. Intellectual Property & Sharing Guidelines

All text, frameworks, hand-drawn icons, infographics, PDFs and other materials on the Site are © Cognopia Pte Ltd or its licensors.

6. Educational Disclaimer

7. External Links & Third-Party Tools

The Site may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party sites and services (e.g., Google calendar bookings, Stripe payments, Substack e-mails). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, security or practices of those third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site (howsoever caused) is limited to SGD 1 000. We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, although we both agree to attempt amicable resolution - such as mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre - before commencing proceedings.

10. Variation, Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms (together with any document expressly referred to in them) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
